What areas do you serve for wedding planning and decor services?At Wild Rose Events & Co., we proudly offer our wedding planning, coordination, and decor services to couples in Magnolia, TX, Bryan/College Station, Houston, Galveston, Austin, Dallas, and the surrounding areas. Whether you're planning a local wedding or a destination event, we're here to help bring your vision to life, wherever you are!

Do you require a deposit?Yes, all services require 50% retainer to book the day and begin working. All retainers and payments are non-refundable.

Can I customize my wedding decor package?Absolutely! We offer customizable wedding decor packages that can be tailored to fit your style, theme, and budget. Plus, if you want to add any special touches, we have a la carte options that allow you to personalize your decor further.

When is the final payment due?The remaining final payment will be due 30 days before the event date.

Can you help with wedding planning if we’re not local?Yes! We offer virtual planning services and can coordinate with vendors and suppliers on your behalf, no matter where you’re located. Whether you're planning from afar or need help with specific aspects of your wedding, we're here to help.

Do you work with specific wedding vendors?We have a trusted network of wedding vendors (photographers, florists, venues, etc.) that we love working with. However, we’re happy to work with any vendors you’ve already chosen or recommend new ones that fit your style and budget.

How far in advance should I book my wedding planner?We recommend booking your planner at least 6-12 months in advance, especially if you're planning for a busy wedding season. However, we’re happy to work with couples at any stage in their planning process!

What services do you offer?We specialize in wedding planning, coordination, and design. Our services include everything from full-service planning to day-of coordination, custom decor design, vendor recommendations, and budget management. We also offer a la carte options to help customize your experience.

Do you charge for mileage?Each package we offer includes travel up to 50 miles. We will charge $0.70/mile for each mile after 50 miles. Please inquire regarding destination weddings.

Do we need to pay our vendors directly or do we pay you and you handle it?All payments to other wedding vendors should be made directly from the wedding couple to vendor. We do not contract or pay vendors on behalf of the client.

How many weddings will you be working on throughout the process and day of?We only select a certain number of clients each month to ensure our team is fully focused on your event from day of consultation to day of celebration!

If our event is outside, will you put a contingency plan in place in case of bad weather?At Wild Rose, we always will have a Plan B for weather, Force Majeure, Sickness and in Health!

How do we get started with you?Getting started is easy! Simply contact us to schedule a free consultation. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your wedding vision, budget, and specific needs. From there, we’ll work with you to create a personalized plan that brings your dream day to life!
