Haylee Ungaro
Founder + Executive Planner
Hi, I’m Haylee, co-founder and Executive Wedding Planner of Wild Rose Events & Co. My journey as a wedding coordinator and designer started with a beautiful gesture from my husband, Chris. Four years ago, for Mother’s Day, he gifted me my LLC to help me pursue my passion for event planning. His unwavering belief in my dreams and support has been a constant driving force behind the success of our business.

As a Texas native, I’ve always had a love for hospitality and a natural talent for organization. I’m passionate about helping couples turn their wedding visions into reality. From the first consultation to the last dance, I handle every detail with care, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience.

When I’m not planning weddings, I’m spending time with my husband, and our two kids, Logan and Winona, along with our two Catahoula Leopard dogs, Ladybug and Gator.
Together, we love drawing inspiration from the beautiful Texas countryside and enjoying all that life has to offer.

Hi, I’m Chris, co-founder of Wild Rose Events & Co. I’m here to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly from start to finish.
As a wedding associate, I assist with everything on the big day, making sure all the logistics come together perfectly.
Known as “the muscle,” I’m always ready to step in for any heavy lifting, whether it’s setting up decor, moving furniture, or making sure everything is in place. I handle the behind-the-scenes tasks so that you can focus on enjoying your special day. From troubleshooting last-minute challenges to managing the flow of events, I’m there to make sure nothing is overlooked.
My goal is to be the reliable support you need to create a seamless and unforgettable wedding day experience.

My journey in the wedding industry began as a Photo Booth Operator, but after gaining valuable experience, I decided to take the plunge and become a Day of Coordinator. Looking back, it was the best decision I’ve ever made!

What I love most about being a wedding coordinator is the opportunity to help couples create the wedding day of their dreams. Each wedding holds a special place in my heart, but one that stands out was a beautiful multi-cultural celebration. During the festivities, the bride and groom participated in a traditional Indian game called “Find the Rings,” where they searched for a ring submerged in a dish filled with milk, flower petals, and vermillion. The person who finds the ring is said to become the ruler of the household—a beautiful reflection of the couple’s culture and traditions.
This experience is just one of the many reasons I’m so passionate about my role as a coordinator. Being able to witness and support diverse cultural practices at weddings is truly what makes my job so rewarding.
